Polyaspartic /
Polyurethane

Polyaspartic and polyurethane coatings are ideally used as topcoats to enhance the properties of your current floor by providing UV resistance and additional abrasion, impact and wear resistance. Polyaspartic esters react slowly with isocyanates producing a modified polyurea, whereas polyurethane coatings are formed by a reaction between diols/polyols and isocyanates. Due to the versatility of their chemistries we can formulate coatings with extended pot life, high solids and virtually zero-VOCs. When cured with aliphatic isocyanates, we achieve protective coatings that are UV and light stable with a low tendency to yellow.

MPC-260

MPC-260 is a solvent based, two component, VOC compliant, aliphatic polyaspartic polyurea coating system. It was specifically developed to be used a as UV stable topcoat finish. It is recommended for areas where a thin build clear coat is desired over colored coatings or vinyl flake broadcast systems.

MPC-280

MPC-280 is a solvent based, two component, VOC compliant, aliphatic polyaspartic polyurea coating system. It was specifically developed to be used a as UV stable topcoat finish where installation downtime is limited. It is recommended for areas where a thin/medium build clear coat is desired over colored coatings or vinyl flake broadcast systems. MPC-280 provides superior abrasion, chemical, and UV resistance with a crystal-clear glossy finish.

MPC-301

MPC-301 is a 2-component, high solids, polyurethane-based aliphatic coating designed as a stable, chemically resistant, UV-stable topcoat. It gives a lustrous appearance and demonstrates excellent physical properties and resistance to industrial traffic. It can be applied over an epoxy primer or used to topcoat an existing epoxy or urethane coating. This product is also eco-friendly and contains no VOCs.
